En Fuego Grill is the culmination of 15 years of hard work and love for our local food. Hawaii is a very special place, and we are fortunate to be able to experience so many different cuisines from each of the cultures that make up our community. Our menus are reflective of the rich histories of all the differnt people that live here, and we strive to always offer fresh, delicious food and ingredients. At En Fuego Grill, we use fish caught fresh from Hawaiian waters, burgers made from organic beef raised on the Big Island, and local produce whenever it's available. (Almost 100% of the time.) By using the best locally grown and raised products, we can deliver you the highest-quality flavor in your meal.
